In the last 15 years I’ve had the privilege to help thousands of people to learn English as a second language.

I’m a CELTA qualified English Teacher and started English Solutions after spending six years teaching and managing thousands of adults in an internationally recognised school, only to realise that many of them, who wanted to learn spoken English, were not confident or proficient at speaking English at the end of their courses. Why? 

The reason why so many people struggle to speak English after learning it in a classroom and using a textbook is because they focus on the grammar rather than just practicing speaking. They spend an enormous amount of time in the classroom learning from textbooks how to perfect grammar rules. Their inability to learn spoken English is purely because learning to speak requires practice and not learning grammar rules. It’s not just any practice, it’s practicing speaking English with others on topics which are relevant and engaging to them specifically based on real life situations.

I love what I do and I love helping people fulfil their dream and achieve their goal in speaking English anywhere, anytime and with anyone.
